Boot Camp

We are now offering classes geared toward losing weight, improving heart health, improving muscular fitness, and having FUN. Our Boot Camp is a 4 week challenging, group fitness program. All sessions are created by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and experienced trainers. Boot camp will offer nutritional counseling, motivation, goal writing, and group accountability. This challenging class is designed to burn up to 1000 calories per hour.

Personal Training (1 on 1)

We offer one-on-one personal training sessions that are customized to your personal goals, whether that is losing weight, gaining weight, nutritional planning, decreasing body fat, couch to 5K, or getting stronger. We want to help you help yourself!

Annual Wellness Exam

The Annual Wellness Exam focuses on five areas: physical, social, emotional, environmental, and spiritual health. The exam last anywhere between 30-60 minutes and you will leave with a detailed plan to improve each area, if warranted.
